Dr. Sylvester graduated from Ohio State University with 12 years of university study. He has served on the National Doctors Advisory Board, and has received both National and International honors. Licensed in four states, Dr. Sylvester is a Therapeutic Certified Optometrist, Certified by the International Board of Examiners for the Treatment and Management of ocular disease. Dr. Sylvester has been distinguished as a Member of the Presidential Who's Who among Business and Professional Achievers 2011 Edition.
